Survey Update... Sorry for the Delay!

My Apologies - Survey Will Be Sent Tomorrow FRIDAY!
Here's the rest of the story...
Getting the Survey and Add-Ons Right is VERY Important to Ensuring that You Get the Rewards You Pledged for. And (as I mentioned before) the MSK-1 Knife Project is quite complicated (this is an understatement for sure - ask the BackerKit team :) LOL.
So... I have had to make a Hard decision to delay the survey for one more day to make sure we get it right.
49 Part Numbers, 19 Pledge Levels, 18 Possible Add-Ons, 4 MSK-1 Handle Color Choices and MORE... are Part of the Survey Process - ALL Behind the Scenes.
But, We're Almost There!!!
I am currently checking all the bundles and package part numbers while making final tweaks with the BackerKit Team. So delivery of the Survey by the end of the day TOMORROW looks very promising.

Nope. I didn't die! I've been about shut in though (since the campaign ended) working with the kind folks at BackerKit to set up the survey (and the BackerKit backend)... to ensure a SMOOTH fulfillment process and maximum flexibility for YOU to Customize Your Pledge to Suit Your Needs.
"So When Is The Survey Coming?"
Glad you asked... Look for the Survey Link (via Email) either Tomorrow (Wednesday) or Thursday June 30th.
You see, the MSK-1 Project has been very complex to setup in BackerKit (with over 40 parts and pieces that make up the MSK-1 Campaign Bundles), so we have spent extra time getting this right.
THE cool thing is that (through the survey process) you will be able to customize your pledge (if you like) and you will have the ability to select from a TON of cool add-ons (if that floats your boat) - I even added some that you didn't know existed :)
Enough for now. Look for the MSK-1 Knife Survey Soon...

Pledge Processing Errors! Please login to your Kickstarter Account...

YES! Pledges are finally being processed by Kickstarter (as I write this)... But there's a problem...
A NUMBER of You Have Payment Issues with Your Pledges. It happens to the best of us. No worries. If this is you, you have 7 days to update your payment info. Kickstarter has emailed you with instructions to fix your pledge.
BUT to make sure that there are NO errors with your payment and that you get your pledged-for Items at the best price and in a timely way...
Please Go and Log Into Your Kickstarter Account Now... Just to make sure your pledge was processed correctly.
If you have a "FIX PAYMENT" button at the top of your screen (when you login to your Kickstarter Account), please CLICK on it and update your payment info. If you don't have a "Fix Payment" button, you should be ALL SET!
If you have a payment issue, please make sure you fix it within 7 days or Kickstarter will delete your Pledge... and the only way you will be able to get an MSK-1 in 2016 is by Pre-Ordering it at a higher price on our BackerKit Preorder Page - which may cause you to end up at the be at the back of the list for getting your pledge - which would be a bummer :(
I don't want to see this happen - so, if your pledge has been "declined," simply update your payment info by logging into your Kickstarter Account now.

Crazy! Fantastic! Amazing! Are words that pop into my mind as I look back at the MSK-1 Project Kickstarter Campaign. You guys have been a great encouragement... not just with your Pledges but with the hundreds of kind notes via email, messaging, and social media. So thank YOU! Next up... we have partnered with BackerKit to aid with the fulfillment process, offer you the flexibility of add-ons and take pre-orders.
So in approximately 2 weeks you will get a survey through BackerKit, from me. There you will be able to tweak your Pledge and easily add any item on that we offered during the campaign. More on this to come.
For now, I'm going to grab some lunch with a friend to celebrate! :)
